Full terms ship with general availability. During early access, the working understanding is:

Backlit is provided as-is, with no uptime SLA, while we're in early access. Don't run anything you can't afford to lose; back up anything you care about. We may pause or remove glows that violate common-sense abuse rules (spam, phishing, illegal content), and we reserve the right to evolve these terms before general availability.

You own the content you deploy. We won't read your assets or your end-users' data except as needed to operate the service or respond to a lawful request.
